The assessment includes an analysis of the client's hardware, software, network infrastructure, security protocols, backup and disaster recovery plans, and compliance with industry regulations.
Limitations and Exclusions:
The promotional price of $495 is a flat fee and is non-negotiable.
Each assessment, whether network or security, costs $495. Combining these assessments would be $749.
Travel outside of a 50-mile radius from the CST office may incur additional costs due to extended travel both ways.
The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
The assessment must be scheduled and completed within the promotional period to qualify for the discounted rate.
Promotion 2: Get Up to $500 of Free Labor!
Offer Details:
New clients can receive up to $500 worth of free labor on their first project with CST.
A project is defined as any hardware or software installation, repair, managed service setup, or any other service communicated by our team in writing.
Limitations and Exclusions:
If the project value is less than $500, the remaining amount is not carried over, transferable, or refundable.
The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
All projects must be scheduled within the promotional period.
Project scheduling occurs once the project is confirmed and the scope of work is signed and returned to CST.
All projects must be completed within 90 days of signing the scope of work.
The client promises to provide reasonable access and accommodations to the CST team to complete the project.
Payments associated with the project outside of labor costs must be settled in full with CST before the project begins.

General Terms for All Promotions:
Duration:
These promotional offers are valid from July 1st, 2024, to September 30th, 2024.
CST reserves the right to terminate or extend the promotions at any time without prior notice.
Liability:
CST will perform the assessment and projects with reasonable care and skill. However, CST makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results or findings of the assessment or project outcomes.
CST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the assessment or project.
Payment Terms:
For the network or security assessment, the promotional fee of $495 is payable in full upon agreement to proceed with the assessment and must be made before the assessment begins.
For projects under the free labor promotion, all non-labor costs associated with the project must be paid in full before the project begins.
Privacy and Data Security:
CST will handle all client data with strict confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Client information collected during the assessment or project will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the assessment or completing the project and providing recommendations or necessary follow-up services.
